William Rigsby (Billie), born in 1815 and died April 10th, 1896. He is buried in Garrard Co. KY; in the old family graveyard, located on the old Richmond Road about 1 mile north of Spangler farm. William married Margaret Kennedy, who was born in 1820 and died in 1880. She was the daughter
of David (wells) Kennedy (1792 -1872) and Margaret Faulkner (1799-1879).
